As usual, this hotel is the most exceptional hotel in Al Madinah. The workers are super, especially the Saudi receptionist and the team from Bangladesh who were much of a help. Everything was just perfect.

The room is neat and tidy, with comfortable bedding and ample space. The customer service is exceptionally welcoming — a truly memorable stay in Madinah.
A good stay for the price. Almost everything was perfect — the location is a bit away from Masjid Al-Nabawi, but the free shuttle service compensates well. We enjoyed the stay very much.
