Who we are
NewHaj Hub (newhaj.com) is an information and request platform for Hajj and Umrah operated by Red Luxe, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Contact: hujuzaty@gmail.com, WhatsApp +966 53 616 1330.
What we collect and why
- Request and contact forms. Name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel details and message that you type in. Used only to answer your request and to pass it to the relevant hotel, transport or operator supplier on your behalf.
- AI chat and Telegram bot (@NewHajHub_bot). The messages you send. They are processed by an AI service (Anthropic) to produce a reply. Please do not send passport, card or bank details. If you leave a contact, it is saved with your request.
- Listing owners. Companies that submit a business listing give us business name, address, website and contacts for publication or private use as they specify.
- Technical data. Basic visit statistics (Jetpack, Google Search Console) and security checks (reCAPTCHA, spam filtering) may process IP address, browser type and pages visited.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in our private request table and CRM on our own website hosting (WordPress.com) and are visible only to the NewHaj team. Notifications about new requests go to our team’s private Telegram chat. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
Only the supplier you asked us to contact (hotel, transport company, operator) receives the details needed for your request. Service providers that process data for us: WordPress.com/Automattic (hosting, Jetpack), Google (Search Console, Maps, reCAPTCHA, YouTube embeds), Anthropic (AI chat), Telegram and WhatsApp (messaging), Travelpayouts (flight search affiliate links).
Cookies and third-party content
The site uses cookies needed for language selection, forms and security. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you press play (privacy-enhanced mode). Third-party services set their own cookies under their own policies.
Retention
Request data is kept while the request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle questions or disputes, then deleted or anonymised. Chat logs are kept for service quality and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to hujuzaty@gmail.com. We respond within a reasonable time. Where applicable, we follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
YouTube API Services
Where NewHaj uses YouTube API Services, it does so only to manage metadata of the channel owner’s own videos. No YouTube user data is collected, shared or sold. YouTube’s terms and Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy) apply.
