Not a directory. An ecosystem for the Umrah and Hajj market.
Most Umrah directories are lists of companies decorated with banners like a New Year tree — they earn from advertising. NewHaj earns only when a real trip happens. We connect operators, hotels, transport companies and pilgrims into one verified network, built and run from Makkah.
What is already connected
Counted from the NewHaj database on 6 October 2026.
Everything is linked to everything
A package on NewHaj is not just a price and a hotel name. It is a connected journey.
An operator in Tashkent publishes a package. The hotel in that package links to its NewHaj hotel card — distance, location, details. The hotel card shows which operators bring pilgrims there. The bus company that drives the group is in the hub too. A pilgrim can follow the whole route like a detective with a magnifying glass — and every request goes to our team in Makkah, who check it with the real suppliers.
Every connection helps the pilgrim see who provides each part of the journey.
This is only the beginning
Booking and Agoda sell rooms. NewHaj connects the whole pilgrimage — the operator, the hotel, the bus, the ziyarat — in one place, verified from Makkah.
Bus aggregator
A free Umrah voucher for operators: the full route — airport, Makkah, Madinah, ziyarat — planned in one form, with licensed bus companies behind it.
Operator network
Licensed operators from Uzbekistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan and India already have pages on NewHaj — and operators themselves now write guides for pilgrims from their countries.
Hotels come to us
Hotels in Makkah and Madinah send their B2B rate sheets and presentations directly to our team. Rates stay private — pilgrims get confirmed offers, not price lists.
Package builder
Operators assemble their packages from the hub itself: pick the hotel on the map of Makkah and Madinah, pick the bus company — and everything links automatically.
Weekly market digest
A short weekly summary of what changed in the Umrah market — new programmes, prices and routes by country — with links to the full articles on NewHaj.
Flights
Routes and schedules to Jeddah, Madinah and Taif from the countries our pilgrims come from — so the trip can be planned end to end.
What we do not do
- No advertising banners and no paid places in our rankings
- No selling of pilgrims’ data
- No publishing of suppliers’ private phone numbers — requests go through NewHaj
- No invented ratings or numbers: what we show comes from documents, registers and our own checks
What we do
- Verify licences against official registers (Uzbekistan, Turkey TÜRSAB, Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah)
- Build free, detailed pages for licensed operators
- Keep a private network of hotel, transport and operator managers in Makkah and Madinah
- Publish practical guides written by operators and reviewed by our team
- Support groups on the ground: hotels, buses, transfers and ziyarat
Three batyrs of NewHaj
One human and two AI assistants — and we say it openly. They work 25 hours a day, 8 days a week, 367 days a year, 61 minutes in every hour. Every decision, every deal and every handshake is human.

For operators, hotels and transport companies
Listing on NewHaj is free. Send us your licence, packages and photos — we build your page, link it to hotels and transport, and pass relevant requests to you. You can also write guides for pilgrims from your country.
For pilgrims and agencies
Find a licensed operator from your country, check the hotel and its distance to the Haram, see who drives the bus — and send one request. Our team in Makkah confirms prices and dates with the suppliers.
We are in Makkah — let’s meet
NewHaj is built and run from Makkah. Operator, hotel, transport company or pilgrim who wants to understand how the hub works — write to us, and we will find a time to meet over tea or Arabic coffee.
