Flynas is Saudi Arabia's first and leading private low-cost airline, launched in February 2007 under the name Nas Air. Today it operates more than 1,500 weekly flights to over 70 domestic and international destinations across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa — all from its hubs in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Madinah.
With a fleet of 61 Airbus aircraft as of 2025, Flynas has carried more than 60 million passengers since inception, cementing its position as the dominant low-cost carrier in the Arabian Peninsula. Its mission — "We Connect the World to the Kingdom" — reflects its role as a pillar of Saudi Vision 2030's ambitious aviation expansion strategy.
For pilgrims, Flynas is a critical travel partner. The airline has flown over 2 million Hajj and Umrah pilgrims since 2007, operates Hajj charter services from 17 countries across three continents, and participates in the Makkah Route Initiative — Saudi Arabia's fast-track pilgrim processing programme at origin airports.
🌐 "We Connect the World to the Kingdom"
Flynas is a key enabler of access to the Two Holy Mosques. As a Golden Sponsor of the Hajj Expo 2025, the airline was honoured by the Deputy Governor of Makkah Region and the Minister of Hajj and Umrah for its ongoing contribution to pilgrim access.
The airline participates in the Makkah Route Initiative, allowing pilgrims to complete immigration and customs formalities at their home airport — arriving in Jeddah or Madinah with minimal queues and maximum ease.
In 2024 alone, Flynas introduced 24 new destinations and routes, and added 6 new Airbus aircraft to its fleet — continuing the rapid expansion that has defined its recent years.
