Etimad Platform (منصة اعتماد)
The central, mandatory digital gateway of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Finance. It is operated by the National Center for Government Resource Systems (NCGR). The platform fully transforms financial interactions between government, the private sector, and citizens as part of Saudi Vision 2030.

1. System Identification
Sign-in is handled through the national single sign-on portal, Nafath / Absher. Foreign companies without a registered branch in Saudi Arabia gain access through an authorized representative holding a valid Iqama.
2. Completing the Company Profile
Enter the Commercial Registration (CR) number, legal details, and select the relevant industry activity codes under the ISIC standard.
3. Uploading Required Documentation
Provide valid ZATCA certificates (tax and VAT), a GOSI certificate (social insurance), proof of Saudization level (Nitaqat), and certified document translations for international applicants.
4. Annual Subscription Payment
Pay the fixed registration fee of SAR 1,500 (~USD 400) through the national SADAD payment system using biller code 141.
5. Automatic Verification
All submitted data is cross-checked against the Saudi Ministry of Commerce registries. Once validated, the supplier profile is instantly activated for participation in government procurement.
REST API Integration
Bank and fintech developers can interact directly with the Saudi Ministry of Finance's registries.
Automated salary verification. When a customer applies for a loan, the bank's mobile app sends a request to the Etimad API, receives verified income data, and instantly calculates the credit limit.
