Verify Turkod
The company must be listed on fondkamkor.kz. After payment, check your personal Turkod there.
SAMK registry
Check the operator against the official list on muftyat.kz.
Contract & Hajj visa
The contract must state a Hajj visa. Hajj on a tourist visa is illegal.
Nusuk app
Visiting the Rawdah in Madinah requires a Nusuk booking. Ask whether your operator helps with it.
Ustaz
Ask who will guide the group and whether they speak Kazakh and Russian.
