How to choose safely

Check the licence

Open the official register and find the company by its legal name (LLC). Brand names on Instagram may differ.

Umrah visa only

Licensed operators travel on an Umrah visa with return tickets. Avoid offers on tourist or transit visas.

Hotel and distance

Ask for the hotel name and its distance to Al-Haram. We can check it for you in Makkah.

Pay the company, not a person

Pay at the licensed office written in the register. Sub-agents are not allowed.

For operators: ground services in Saudi Arabia

NewHaj works in Makkah with hotels and licensed transport companies.

Hotels

Makkah and Madinah hotels, with the distance to Al-Haram checked on the ground.

Transport

Jeddah or Madinah airport, Makkah ↔ Madinah, ziyarat. HiAce for 1–11, bus for 12–49. Group transport request.

Umrah voucher

Your group’s full transport plan in one voucher. Open the voucher.

Operator request — WhatsApp

Earlier this page listed about 120 Uzbek travel companies collected in 2022–2024. After the licensing reform of October 2024 most of them no longer have the right to organise Umrah, so the list has been replaced with the official register.
