General Conditions:

– Rates will be valid from date of signature.

– Rates are quoted in SAR (Saudi Riyals) per room per night.

– Rates are INCLUSIVE of 15% VAT & 5% Municipality Tax.

– Arrival & departure dates are as per actual Hijri Calendar of Saudi Arabia.

– Above rates are subject to changes without prior notice.

– Rates are net non-commissionable

Children Policy & Family Plans:

– Children up to 6-year-old sharing parent’s room are guaranteed free of charge based on the same meal plan with a maximum of two

children without adding extra beds.

– Children between 7 & 12 years of age sharing the same room will be charged 50% for meals with free accommodation without adding

extra beds.

– Children are 12 years old and above will be considered as adults.

Check In & Check Out Timing – Late C/Out Policy:

The standard check-in time is after 14:00 hrs. and the standard check-out time is before 12:00 hrs.

– Early check-in should be booked from the previous night. Late check-out should be booked including the following night and subject

to availability.

– Requests for any late check-out have to be confirmed by the hotel; the hotel shall charge 50% of the contracted room rate for any

check-out from 12.00noon until 18.00 hrs. and the full contracted room rate for any check-out at or after 18.00 hrs. (Local time)

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellation until 05 days prior to the arrival date will be free of charge.

– Cancellation between 05-02 days prior to the arrival date will be at 50% to be charged of the total amount

– Cancellation between 2-0 days prior to the arrival date will be at 100% to be charged of the total amount

No Show Policy

– In the event of no show on the date of arrival during all seasons, the total stay will be levied.

Stop Sale

– The hotel reserves the right to issue Stop Sale notices as required. Stop Sale notices must be sent by e-mail with immediate effect from

the time of receiving the stop sales e-mail

General Terms & Conditions

– The statutory VAT and any other taxes and levies added shall be applied in addition to such agreed rates. Such statutory VAT and

any other taxes and levies are subject to change upon request of local authorities. The VAT rate applied will have the rate in force

on the date the invoice is issued. The rate applying per night.

– Individual booking must be addressed by guest name and nationality. Guest’s names will not be allowed for change.

– Reservations to be made according to Gregorian dates only

– It’s your responsibility to undertake not to sell or assign any room/meal reservation or allocation to any third party or disclose the

rates quoted by the Hotel to any party whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly, including without limitation through printing,

internet and/or other web channels

– All information contained in this agreement is private and confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties for whatever reason

or purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, if the rates contracted herein are offered, sold or made available to any party without the

prior written consent of the hotel, this agreement will automatically be terminated without prejudice to the hotels’ rights against

your esteemed company.

– Please be informed the hotel has the rights to change or to amend the above-mentioned rates without prior notice & the rates are as follows

are subject to the hotel availability.

– Travel Company shall ensure that its collection, retention, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information will be as per per

the country’s law and hotel policy. This applicable to distribution partners as well.

– The Company agrees, represents and warrants that it shall comply with all country, province, state, regional and local laws, ordinances,

regulations or other acts of government applicable to its business including, without limitation, applicable to or addressing the

collection, storage, maintenance and use of personal and corporate information including, without limitation, financial information

and applicable to or addressing consumer protection and advertising laws.
